Illumination Recognizes Top Pieces

Friends of the Library has generously agreed to recognize superior work among the writers published in the journal with a certificate of excellence and an honorarium. The Wisconsin Alumni Association is also sponsoring several prizes for outstanding work. Recipients will be recognized at the release parties and will be selected by outside judging panels.

Wisconsin Book Festival: Illumination Poetry and Prose Reading

In Fall 2006, Illumination presented a poetry and prose reading as part of the 2006 Wisconsin Book Festival. The reading featured writers previously published in the journal, as well as the work of current staff members. See pictures and read what the press had to say about the event, click here.
